Pregnancy Center in Arizona Severely Burned in Apparent Arson Attack

Whiteriver, AZ (LifeNews.com) — A pregnancy center in rural eastern Arizona that serves a predominantly native American population was severely burned in what appears to be an arson attack. The Living Hope Women’s Center clinic has closed indefinitely as a result of a fire that gutted a portion of the building on December 20.

Dinah Monahan, the former executive director and current board president of the group of pregnancy centers that operate as Living Hope, says it appears to her the fire was deliberate.
 
The center maintains a Fatherhood Store and Mommy Store to help low-income residents earn the ability to purchases critically needed pregnancy and other items and Monahan says they were raided.
She told the White Mountain Independent newspaper that whoever started the fire vandalized televisions, VCRs and other equipment before setting the blaze in the back of the building.
 
The board president indicated that a local resident who lives next door to the clinic heard and saw people at the scene and chased them away from the clinic after the fire began. The neighbor was able to wrestle one person to the ground and the newspaper indicates the individual is now in police custody.
 
Monahan indicated the fire did not burn the clinic to the ground but caused enough fire and smoke damage that the clinic facility is useless until it undergoes major repairs.
 
Monahan told the WMI the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms (ATF) is investigating the fire and that a representative from the Phoenix Bureau of Indian Affairs has investigate as well because the fire would be a federal crime since it occurred on an Indian reservation.
The center president told the newspaper that ATF officials asked her if the pregnancy center was involved in anything controversial that might have sparked a hate crime.
 
"The agent very gingerly asked if we were involved in ‘anything controversial’ in our ministry," she said. "You can imagine what they hear about Crisis Pregnancy Centers, abortion clinic bombings and the like. I assured him that even though we are a CPC ), our work was mostly pre-natal and parenting and that the culture in Whiteriver is very pro-life."
 
She told the newspaper the apparent arson will set the pregnancy center back quite a bit financially and logistically.
"When we think of everything we had in there it is a bit overwhelming. We had just gotten two new computers, a new ultrasound machine, a very large screen TV and of course our beautiful, huge Mommy Store. But these are things that can be replaced. One greater challenge will be where do we go from here?" Monahan asked.
She is concerned because the availability of buildings in Whiteriver is very scarce.
 
Monahan indicated the Whiteriver pregnancy center had 400-600 visits every month from the low-income people who live in the community.
"As our staff stood outside the building, clients would come and cry as they looked at the devastation," she said. "This ministry is so loved by so many there. We are looking at our options, one which is to lease a large lot and build or place a modular on it. Whatever we do, build, remodel or use a modular, we feel strongly that the people of Whiteriver are the ones who should do it."
She told the WMI that funds are critically needed to rebuild.
"As I stood there a man and wife came by and he said, ‘I’m a carpenter, what can I do to help?’ The one thing they can’t do is raise funds, so the ministry will be doing this, but the work will be done by the Apache people."

Rockford’s abortion facility located at 1400 Broadway has ended the lives of over 50,000 children. All of these children are created in the image and likeness of God, loved by God, and our sisters or brothers.

Another Year Is Slipping Away

It’s Time For A Spiritual Audit!
OK dear brothers and sisters, it’s that time of year  again,  when  we  take  stock  of another    year    that    is    slipping    away, anticipating the New Year and all that God has in store for us.



 
Each year, employers evaluate employees, schools grade students, companies measure their growth or loss of market-share, athletes compare their performance, doctors chart their patients’ progress, muscle builders test their strength, and on and on the list goes. In every aspect of life, there is a constant evaluation process going on to measure and compare growth, progress and improvement, even on a daily basis!
 
As with most businesses and organizations, it is a time to take stock as to how best we did in our spiritual journey, here on earth. It is wise to expect that God also takes stock of the time that He has allotted to us here on our brief journey through this time and place and will hold us accountable! Make No mistake! God obviously had a purpose in mind, when He created us. It is no fluke of nature that He created us in this time and place, as part of His specific plan.
 
And so, we review if we have grown closer in our relationship with the Lord? If not, why not? Our spiritual growth is not dependent on our pastors, priests, rabbis, ministers or spiritual directors. It is up to us to ensure that we are constantly growing deeper and deeper in our faith and producing much fruit! As in the parable of the fig tree, if we are not producing fruit for God’s Kingdom, then we are no more than a dead tree, to be cut down and thrown into the fire.
 
We read in St James 2:14-20 Amplified Version- 14What is the use (profit), my brethren, for anyone to profess to have faith if he has no [good] works [to show for it]? Can [such] faith save [his soul]? 15If a brother or sister is poorly clad and lacks food for each day, 16And one of you says to him, Good-bye! Keep [yourself] warm and well fed, without giving him the necessities for the body, what good does that do? 17So also faith, if it does not have works (deeds and actions of obedience to back it up), by itself is destitute of power (inoperative, dead).
 
18But someone will say [to you then], You [say you] have faith, and I have [good] works. Now you show me your [alleged] faith apart from any [good] works [if you can], and I by [good] works [of obedience] will show you my faith. 19You believe that God is one; you do well. So do the demons believe and shudder [in terror and horror such as make a man fs hair stand on end and contract the surface of his skin]! 20Are you willing to be shown [proof], you foolish (unproductive, spiritually deficient) fellow, that faith apart from [good] works is inactive and ineffective and worthless?
 
And so dear brothers and sisters, how did we do this year. Were we able to make a dent in this "culture of death"? Did we speak up when God placed us in a position to defend innocent life, whether in our families, at work, our neighbors or even at our church? Have we sacrificed just a little, in not doing business with companies that promote and fund the big abortion industry? Have we held our elected representatives accountable?
They are not kings and queens, but public servants.
 
Have we written to our government and corporate officials in defense of life? Do they really know that the majority of Americans are pro-life? Are we setting an example for the next generation in defending all life, from the moment of conception until natural death? If we are "passively pro-life", are we simply setting the stage where we will most definitely encounter euthanasia and physician assisted suicide later on as we age?
 
Does our family, friends, co-workers, neighbors or people we encounter on a daily basis know that we are "people of faith"? Do they see Christ in the way we dress, speak, love and forgive? Is there anything in our lives that they would love to have, but don’t know how? Is there enough evidence to convict us as being true followers of Jesus Christ or is our relationship with God, merely a once a week encounter? Are we pleased with our relationship? Is God pleased, for He is indeed a jealous God, who wants all of us or nothing? Are we gathering with God or are we scattering? Jesus said that we are either with Him or against Him. There is no middle road, no neutrality. We are not called to be spectators, but doers!!!
 
"When much has been given a man, much will be required of him. More will be asked of a man to whom more has been entrusted." —St Luke 12:48
 
Do we continue to watch smut on TV and at the Movies, with little regard for the harm to our souls?
Our eyes are the windows to our soul. Little by little it desensitizes and before we know it, we walk closer and closer with the devil and sin.
Is watching TV taking precious time away from God? Is watching TV impeding our spiritual growth in the Lord?
Have we taken a stand in preserving the sacrament of marriage from the attacks of this godless culture?
 Have we taken the time to reach out to our brothers and sisters that are being enslaved in the sin of homosexuality?
Have we engaged our brothers and sisters who are having adulterous affairs?
If not you, then who? God has purposely placed these lost souls in our path for a specific reason. Would we rather not offend someone here, while helping them pave a straight path to hell?
 
Have we indeed made a difference? Is the world today better than it was in January of 2009?
If indeed the majority of Americans, [87% of 300 million= 261 million!] are people of faith, how have we not been able to impact this fallen world? We can’t blame the very active and extremely vocal minority. We have allowed them to change this world into a secular godless society. We are indeed reaping what they are sowing!
 
" He who sows sparingly will reap sparingly, he who sows bountifully will reap bountifully." 2 Corinthians 9:6
 
If God were to tally our faith in action for 2009, would He be pleased or disappointed with what we have done?
Have we grown closer, deeper and more spiritual in our faith?
Have we made enough phone calls, written enough letters and spoken up when God gave us the many opportunities to make a positive difference?
Is 2009 any different than 2008 or 2007? Will 2010 be any different?
God is ever present in helping us change this fallen world and save precious souls. That’s our calling!!!
 
"We are God’s workmanship, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do."Eph.2:10

Beautiful new lyrics for an old Christmas carol.

No crib for his bed… One of my very earliest Christmas memories was learning to sing "Away in a manger" for a pageant.  I must have been very young indeed, because I can remember it hadn’t been too long before then that I had stopped sleeping in a crib, and I had the thought that we could probably give the one I had been using to the baby Jesus.  It was a charitable thought which never worked out, but I’ve always loved the lullaby that inspired it.
Here’s the traditional first verse, with three others I wrote for the Feast of the Holy Family.

 
 
No crib for his bed
Away in a manger, no crib for his bed,
the little Lord Jesus laid down his sweet head.
The stars in the bright sky looked down where he lay,
the little Lord Jesus asleep on the hay.
 
Dear Mary, his Mother, sang sweet lullabies,
as Jesus, awaking, gazed into her eyes.
The most holy Virgin, with loving caress
embraced the world’s Savior with Love’s tenderness.
 
Good Joseph stood guarding the Mother and Child,
his soul filled with awe and his heart undefiled.
The birth of young Jesus made angels to sing,

The new Herods rage against babies.

The Holy Innocents of Rockford

 Since the sixth century, on December 28, the Church has celebrated the memory of those children killed because of Herod’s rage against the Christ child. After the Holy Family was visited by the Magi, Herod, in rage and jealousy, slaughtered all the baby boys in Bethlehem and surrounding countryside in an attempt to destroy his perceived rival, the infant Messiah. These "innocents" are honored by the Church as martyrs.

 Now when they had departed, behold, an angel of the Lord appeared to Joseph in a dream and said, "Rise, take the Child and His mother, and flee to Egypt, and remain there till I tell you: for Herod is about to search for the Child, to destroy Him." And he rose and took the Child and His mother by night, and departed to Egypt, and remained there until the death of Herod. This was to fulfill what the Lord had spoken by the prophet, "Out of Egypt have I called My Son."

 Then Herod, when he saw that he had been tricked by the wise men, was in a furious rage, and he sent and killed all the male children in Bethlehem and in all that region who were two years old or under, according to the time which he had ascertained from the wise men. Then was fulfilled what was spoken by the prophet Jeremiah:

 "A voice was heard in Ramah, wailing and loud lamentation: Rachel weeping for her children; she refused to be consoled because they were no more."  Matthew 2:13-1

 In our own time and our own city many today still perceive a child in the womb as a rival to their personal plans, comfort, financial or social desires.  The abortion industry provides the ways and means of killing these children.  Innocent children still face death at the hands of modern day Herods in Rockford.

 Jesus’ Identification With The Holy Innocents And With Every Child Facing A Tyrants Wrath

 When Jesus took on a human nature in the womb of the Virgin Mary He sanctified every child in the womb by the very fact that God Himself was once a child in the womb.

 Jesus Said, "whatever you do to the least of My brethren you do unto Me."

 When we call a child in the womb a "choice" that can be killed we are making a "choice" like Herod to kill who and what belongs to God.

 When we say a child in the womb is not fully human we are acting like Herod by denying the fact of every persons God given right to life.

 When we say a woman must be free to control her own body we are really saying with Herod we have the power to kill another person and we will use it.

 When we say the government has no right to interfere in someones personal "choice" to end a pregnancy we are saying as Herod did that the lives of other persons have no meaning if they interfere with my wants.

 When we say no mother should be forced to give birth to a child, we say with Herod if a child is already alive but we can’t endure her presence we can destroy her life.

 When we say there are too many children in the world, we are saying with Herod this world belongs to me alone and you have no rights unless I give them to you.

 When we say with Herod what give you religious people the right to tell me what I can and cannot do, we are as blind as Herod was to the fact that life is a gift from God and those who destroy this gift in others stand in danger of losing this gift for themselves for all eternity.

 What Herod’s henchmen and modern abortion supporters refuse to acknowledge, blinded by a diabolic selfishness, is God took on flesh in the womb of the blessed Virgin Mary to teach us God’s heart to heart relationship and union of love with every child in the womb.  The Word became flesh in the womb of a woman to be in communion with every one of us when we were in our mothers womb.  Jesus in the womb of Mary shows us that God’s capacity to love knows no bounds; that God has a covenant relationship with every person no matter how small and powerless.

 Just as the Holy Innocents were killed because they were linked with the Christ child, every child killed at Rockford‘s abortion mill is also eternally linked with Jesus Christ.  And in this we can be strengthened in faith, hope, and love as we fight the battle for life at the "foot of the cross" in Rockford.

In Rockford: Christmas carols touched the hearts of three mothers

 On Friday December 18th, an estimated nine children were killed inside of Rockford’s abortion mill.  A talk sidewalk counselors had with a young woman who was going in for an abortion this morning explains a lot about how lost and confused some young people are. 
 
The young lady came straight up to three pro-lifers and began talking about how bad she feels about what she’s going to do.  They immediately told her about all of the help available to her from people who truly care.  She just kept talking about how bad she feels about it so the sidewalk counselors began to tell her about God’s love for her and her child.  She said "I am an atheist" so we showed her a beautiful picture of a child in the womb and explained you don’t have to believe in God to know killing a child is wrong.  She said again how bad she feels about killing the baby and went in the mill. 
 
It’s very clear, even to this young atheist, that abortion is the killing of a person but our society has so lost respect for the value of human life that the killing of a child has become something that is acceptable if that child gets in the way of our plans. 
 
When someone inside the abortion mill saw sidewalk counselors had the chance to talk with a few young mothers this morning they came out of the mill and began dragging a snow plow through a completely clean parking lot just to make noise.  When this failed to silence the pro-lifers the abortion mill turned on all of it’s loud speakers blaring a strange mix of music and sound from a police scanner throughout the neighborhood.  The strange attempt at psychological warfare by the abortion mill even got the police officer out of his car and neighbors out of their homes to complain.  Two police officers went into the mill to tell them to turn the blaring sound off but the mill refused to do it.
 
It seems that whenever pro-lifers have a chance to talk with a young mother and the possibility of saving a child life someone inside the abortion mill becomes so infuriated at the possibility a child will escape death by abortion they will do anything no matter how strange or bazaar to disrupt a child’s last hope to escape death.  This reminded one pro-lifer this morning of a passage from scripture concerning what Jesus saw when He came face to face with the demonic:
 
Mark 9:17-25: "And wheresoever he taketh him, he teareth him: and he foameth, and gnasheth with his teeth, and pineth away:… and when he saw him, straightway the spirit tare him; and he fell on the ground, and wallowed foaming…"
 
We experience this kind of agitation, frenzy, and rage at Rockford’s abortion mill when there is a possibility a child might be saved.. 
 
 
On Wednesday December 23, an estimated 10 children were killed two days before Christmas at Rockford’s abortion mill.

Just as Herod slaughtered countless innocent children in his attempt to wipe out God, life, and love and hold onto his place in this passing world – so Rockford’s abortion mill spent the Christmas holiday in the fashion of Herod by killing ten of God’s children.
 
The Glory of the Lord will be revealed. (Is 40:5)
 
At this same killing center a few short hours before Christmas in Rockford over 50 followers of Jesus Christ, like the shepherds and wise men, "went in haste and found Mary and Joseph, and the infant lying in the manger." These people came because they love the Christ child and to pray and sing Christmas carols for every child ever killed at this place of death in the heart of our city.  
 
On this cold and windy morning at a building where over 50,000 children have been killed the power and grace of Christmas was experienced in the hearts of at least three young families. As the beautiful sound of Christmas carols was filling the air three mothers chose life for their children!   When all three mothers entered the killing center parking lot they heard the sound of people praising "The news of great joy, today a Savior is born for us, Christ the Lord." 
 
The "truth and grace" of these Christmas carols touched the hearts of these mothers.  One young woman stayed in her car with tears in her eyes but the Lord "turned her mourning into joy" as she quickly left the mill.
 
For countless Christmases yet to come three families will experience the life and joy that always comes when we respond to the grace and love of Jesus Christ.
 
And as long as children are killed at the Northern Illinois Woman’s Center in Rockford Christians will not only pray at the manger of Jesus we will also "Stand by the cross of Jesus" until we all see the final and eternal victory, in the fullness of time, of the child born to a Virgin over those who reject God and destroy life.

Commentary: Christmas with Congress, A Seat for Aborted Souls

Dec 22, 2009 (LifeSiteNews.com) – In Bethlehem, Herod killed all male children under 2 years of age because he felt threatened. On Capitol Hill, battles are raging to keep the abortion mills running. Who threatens you, Pelosi? Why are you determined to murder our children, Reid?
 
If they succeed, the vote is shaping up for Christmas Eve, a night when we are all reminded of the Christ born in a manger, a star to guide the wise men and shepherds to his birthplace. What star will shine for our wise men on Capitol Hill?
 
Today in Washington, the usual suspects are plotting negotiations for votes while Larry Klayman accuses Obama of secret deals with lobbyists such as Planned Parenthood, a violation of the Federal Advisory Committee Act. Lies by Herod, lies by Obama, how did this story of infanticide come full circle and land on Christmas Eve? These are the beginnings of great sorrows.
 
We have been saturated with negative propaganda about Christ and Christianity from the media, our education systems censor His name. Many are becoming offended by the message of Christ just as Jesus predicted. Our Constitution, originally drafted by godly men, is crumbling before our eyes, lawlessness abounds and the greatest of sorrows is born by childless mothers weeping for their children.
 
The Bible warns of these woes and we feel them. We shudder as we read the news applauding Representatives like Lois Capps, currently "threatening to derail the legislation if a House-Senate conference committee does not remove language that would restrict access to abortions."
 
The swords of Herod must swing.
 
Rob Hotakainen began his article, "Capps Steps into Abortion Spotlight," with the words: "As a school nurse long ago, Rep. Lois Capps worked with children of the uninsured, getting eyeglasses for them with help from the local Lions Club."
 
So what was running through Capps’ mind as she handed out eyeglasses? Did she think these children didn’t deserve to live? How did she come to the conclusion that we absolutely must keep the abortion mills churning after distributing to the needy? Was she coldly thinking "brats" as she smiled, hiding her thoughts of "better if you’d never been born"? I know this sounds harsh but there it is in black and white. If she served as a school nurse and came out on fire to push for abortion, what was she thinking? Are only the rich entitled to bear children? Keep the eyeglasses, this is one "nurse" I wouldn’t want anywhere near my child!
 
So as you tuck in your children on Christmas Eve, touched by their innocent faces as they nod off to sleep, know that men have gathered in Congress much as Herod’s soldiers gathered in the night to take up their swords. If Congressmen vote the way of Obama, Pelosi, Reid and Capps, know that their actions will keep the blood flowing from millions more to come.
 
I urge all of us to pray, pray for our little ones and for all the childless moms that were misled and are weeping because their children are no more. The days are growing colder both in the hearts and minds on the hill. Congressmen, put aside Pelosi, put aside your seats, put aside your treasures and see to your souls. If you sign this health care bill complete with the abortion language that Pelosi and Capps lust after, then you will have consigned America to stoke the fires of hell itself.

Interview: Pro-Life Counselor Says She was Threatened with Gun by Off-Duty Officer

AURORA, Illinois, December 17, 2009 (LifeSiteNews.com) – A sidewalk counselor with the Pro-Life Action League has filed a report against an off-duty Chicago police officer, whom she says pulled a gun on her when she approached him and his female companion before they entered Aurora’s Planned Parenthood clinic Wednesday morning.
 
Rachelle Crile of Naperville said that the incident occurred around 9 am, after she had gone back into her car to warm up from witnessing outside the abortion facility.  There, she says, she noticed a man and woman in another vehicle pulling up and parking nearby.
 
Since the couple had not entered the Planned Parenthood parking lot, she says, she was unsure whether to approach with pro-life literature – but decided to give it a try after a brief prayer.
 
"I didn’t want to be sitting there a couple spots away and then see them drive over there, and I could have offered them something that could possibly change their lives and save her from the horror of abortion, and save the child," Crile told LifeSiteNews.com (LSN) Wednesday evening.
 
As she approached with literature, she said she saw the driver: "He had a gun, and he lifted it up, pointing it at me, looking at me," said Crile.  "Obviously he was trying to send me a message."
 
Crile said she raised her arms and backed away to her car, and the driver and his female passenger entered the Planned Parenthood building. 
 
Aurora Police spokesman Dan Ferrelli told the Naperville Sun there were no charges issued because the driver’s story conflicted with Crile’s, but claimed both Aurora and Chicago police were investigating the matter.  The off-duty officer claimed he had flashed his badge at Crile, not a gun. 
 
Police refused to release the officer’s name to Crile or reporters.
 
Rachelle said on Wednesday evening that she was still shaken by the event.  "I would know the difference between a gun and a badge," she said.  "Why would I be scared of a badge?"  Crile said she planned to pursue charges with the DuPage County State’s Attorney’s Office.
 
"As far as my future sidewalk counseling, I will get back out there, but, you know, it’s obviously something that you’d have to think about," she said.
 
Eric Scheidler of the Pro-Life Action League said that, while the League has had issues with individuals among the Chicago police force before, Wednesday’s incident was unique.
 
"We’ve had threats, we’ve had cars swerving at people, we’ve even had arrests for some of that kind of stuff, but we’ve never had anything like this before, a gun being pulled on somebody," Scheidler told LSN.
 
Scheidler said Crile began training in sidewalk counseling in September, and called her "a very unassuming, very humble, sweet person, the least threatening person I think you can imagine."  He called it "particularly troubling" that the incident happened with Crile.
 
"That’s always a concern with something like this happening, that people would be afraid to get involved, and sometimes it does have a negative impact on involvement," he said.  "But other times, it makes people feel like getting more involved.  You never know."

Poll: 72 Percent of Americans Oppose Paying for Abortions in Health Care Bill
Washington, DC (LifeNews.com) – A new poll shows 72 percent of Americans oppose paying for abortions with their tax dollars under the government-run health care bill in Congress. As the Senate prepares to vote on legislation that contains massive abortion funding, a Quinnipiac University survey released today shows opposition.American voters mostly disapprove of the pro-abortion health care bill, by a 53-36 percent margin. They also disapprove of pro-abortion President Barack Obama’s handling of the health care issue by a similar 56-38 percent margin, the new survey showed.But abortion funding draws strenuous opposition from the American public, regardless of political persuasion, with 72 percent saying they oppose "using any public money in the health care overhaul to pay for abortions" and just 23 percent saying they favor it.The poll found Republicans oppose funding abortions in the health care bill an a 91-5 percent clip, Democrats oppose it 54-38 percent, and independents oppose it 74-23 percent.Men oppose taxpayer funded abortions on a 73-21 percent margin while women also oppose it by a 70-25 percent margin. Whites opposed it 72-23 percent while blacks oppose abortion funding 67-20 percent.

Kathleen Sebelius Admits, Covers Up Abortion Funding in Health Care Measure
Washington, DC (LifeNews.com) – HHS Secretary Kathleen Sebelius is getting attention for an interview yesterday in which she essentially admits that the American public would be forced to pay for abortions under the Senate health are bill and then relies on accounting gimmicks to suggests that’s not the case.
Sebelius spoke with BlogHer interviewer Morra Aarons-Mele yesterday and praised the new abortion language the Senate adopted in Harry Reid’s manager’s amendment.
The language, submitted by Sen. Ben Nelson in conjunction with Sen. Bob Casey and pro-abortion Sens. Barbara Boxer and Patty Murray, opens the door to massive abortion funding.
"I would say that the Senate language, which was negotiated by Senators Barbara Boxer and Patty Murray, who are very strong defenders of women’s health services and choices for women, take a big step forward from where the House left it with the Stupak amendment," the pro-abortion Obama administration official said.
Sebelius said she thinks the language does a "good job making sure there are choices for women, making sure there are going to be some plan options, and making sure that while public funds aren’t used."
She added: "That would be an accounting procedure, but everybody in the exchange would do the same thing, whether you’re male or female, whether you’re 75 or 25, you would all set aside a portion of your premium that would go into a fund, and it would not be earmarked for anything, it would be a separate account that everyone in the exchange would pay."

The Victory of the Christ Child Over Sin, Satan, and the Culture of Death in Rockford

 Just as Herod slaughtered countless innocent children in his attempt to wipe out God, life, and love and hold onto his place in this passing world – so Rockford’s abortion mill spent the Christmas holiday in the fashion of Herod by killing ten of God’s children.

 The Glory of the Lord will be revealed. (Is 40:5)

 At this same killing center a few short hours before Christmas in Rockford over 50 followers of Jesus Christ, like the shepherds and wise men, "went in haste and found Mary and Joseph, and the infant lying in the manger." These people came because they love the Christ child and to pray and sing Christmas carols for every child ever killed at this place of death in the heart of our city.  

 On this cold and windy morning at a building where over 50,000 children have been killed the power and grace of Christmas was experienced in the hearts of at least three young families. As the beautiful sound of Christmas carols was filling the air three mothers chose life for their children!   When all three mothers entered the killing center parking lot they heard the sound of people praising "The news of great joy, today a Savior is born for us, Christ the Lord." 

 The "truth and grace" of these Christmas carols touched the hearts of these mothers.  One young woman stayed in her car with tears in her eyes but the Lord "turned her mourning into joy" as she quickly left this "valley of tears" in Rockford.

 For countless Christmases yet to come three families will experience the life and joy that always comes when we respond to the grace and love of Jesus Christ.

 And as long as children are killed at the Northern Illinois Woman’s Center in Rockford Christians will not only pray at the manger of Jesus we will also "Stand by the cross of Jesus" until we all see the final and eternal victory, in the fullness of time, of the child born to a Virgin over those who reject God and destroy life.

He was born in an obscure village & worked in a carpenter shop until He was 30.

While He was dying, His executioners gambled for His clothing, the only property He had on earth.

Twenty-one centuries have come & gone, and today He is the central figure of the human race.

Empty Manger Caroling At Rockford’s Abortion Mill
 Come to Broadway and 10th street in Rockford and join other pro-lifers as they sing Christmas carols in remembrance of the aborted babies killed at the mill.

Below is a special song written from the perspective of a child in the womb or an infant that has died.  We will be using this along with many other traditional Christmas carols this Wednesday at 7:30am at the Rockford abortion mill.
 
Please join us as we praise our Lord and sing songs for the 50,000 children who have died at Rockford’s killing center.
 
Please also consider inviting someone who has never prayed at the mill to join you there this Wednesday.  Some people who are pro-life but nervous about standing publicly may be willing to join you for singing Christmas carols. We should have a good group to sing so this experience may given them the faith and courage to come back again to pray at this killing center.

Our prayers and carols at the Rockford abortion mill this morning will be a special gift of love from the Rockford Christian community to our Lord and Savior who once was a child in the womb Himself then was born into human history to save us from sin and death.  We will also be present as a witness of love for any child who will die inside of the abortion mill this morning or throughout the year.

Some time ago I wrote the attached as I thought about our daughter who lived 9 months in my dear wife and 9 days after birth before going to heaven. It could be sung to “Away in a Manger” or “Cradle Song”. Maybe you’d like to use it next Wed, Dec 23rd, at 7:30 am. I wrote as a believing father with the certainty of reunion in heaven in God’s timing. With probably most the abortionists not being believers, introduce the song as the sung of aborted children in heaven for their spiritual brothers and sisters, you who in love and faith in Jesus tried and prayed for their births and lives and the conversions of their parents. Just an idea.
