On Wednesday May 26, an estimated twelve children were intentionally killed inside the Northern Illinois Women’s Center.
This was a day we were expecting to see huge numbers of abortions because the mill was closed last Friday. While twelve children murdered in Rockford is a tragedy beyond description the fact that more weren’t killed is a testimony to the power of prayer. Especially considering the fact that it was the late term abortionist who traveled to Rockford today to stop the beating hearts of God’s children at Rockford’s abortion mill.
Throughout the morning, hour after hour, pro-lfers came to stand and pray at this place of death in our city. Countless more Christians prayed throughout the city at work, Church and at home.
The prayers that have have been continuously flowing for over 25 years at this place of sorrow have produced countless miracles of life and love.
One of the beautiful things about these prayers is they are coming from humble faithful people who this abortion mill continually scorns.
"He is one of you and a servant of Christ Jesus. He is always wrestling in prayer for you, that you may stand firm in all the will of God, mature and fully assured." Colossians 4:12
Take for example an elderly man who prays at Rockford’s abortion mill every Wednesday and Friday morning. He looks like an average person but he has lived anything but an average life. His name is Alphonse and he was born in Czechoslovakia. As a young man at the time of the Communist revolution in his country he was "asked" to join the Communist party and refused because of his Christian faith.
Alphonse was sentenced to five years in a communist prison. Alphonse doesn’t speak about what life was like inside a Communist prison for a Christian but we can guess what it might have been like.
In 1964 he was released on parole. Finally in 1969 Alphonse was able to leave and came to Rockford to spend many years of hard manual labor working in a local factory. Alphonse is 84 years old this year.
He is dedicated to praying for and working towards the day when all children in the womb will be loved and protected. Many of our pro-lifers have personally seen Alphonse at Church or chapel, always in the back, always on his knees, with a peaceful, joyful, loving countenance about him that is impossible to describe.
If after the life Alphonse has lived he still has the courage and love to pray at Rockford’s abortion mill, shouldn’t we all join him?

Go Into The Whole World And Proclaim the Good News
"The word that goes out from my mouth: It will not return to me empty, but will accomplish what I desire and achieve the purpose for which I sent it." Isaiah 55:11
On Wednesday June 9, 2010 from 7:00 -11:00am Christians from throughout Rockford will read aloud all fours Gospels of our Lord Jesus Christ at Rockford’s abortion mill, 1400 Broadway.
Jesus Christ is the "good news" all the world needs. No place in our world needs this "good news" more than Rockford’s abortion mill.
A place where over 50,000 human beings have been intentionally killed and God is mocked every day.
Beginning with the Gospel of Matthew we will read aloud the "good news" of our Savior Jesus Christ contained in the gospels of Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John on the sidewalk in front of Rockford’s abortion mill as our prayer of faith and hope to bring about repentance and an end to abortion in our city.
Please contact us at: firstname.lastname@example.org to sign up for a 15 minute time slot to read or support in prayer the reading of the New Testament.
All are welcome and encouraged to come at any time this morning to listen to the word of God being faithfully proclaimed at the "Foot of the Cross" in our city, Rockford’s abortion mill.
It’s Not "What Would Jesus Do", but "What Will Jesus Do."
Rockford’s abortion mill again attempts to mock God and again it fails miserably.
Is Rockford’s Abortion Mill Safe and Legal?
Operation Rescue is offering a $10,000 reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of abortionists and abortion mills who are breaking the law.
Abortionist under Investigation for Forced Abortion Says he “Lies” to Patients
By Peter J. Smith
DETROIT, Michigan, May 25, 2010 (LifeSiteNews.com) – A Michigan abortionist is under renewed scrutiny over comments he made over two years ago, in which he said that doctors have a license to “lie” to their patients.
The comments were made by Dr. Abraham Alberto Hodari to medical students at Wayne University. Hodari currently is facing a lawsuit for allegedly forcing a woman to submit to an abortion after she had changed her mind, killing the unborn baby that she had decided she wanted.
“My wife says we doctors have a license to lie, and it’s true, it’s absolutely true. Sometimes you need to lie to a patient about things that they want to do or no,” Hodari told a gathering at Wayne State University on November 9, 2007.
He said it was not so much the case today, saying that the reason is that women “are more educated, between CNN and the internet, the patients are more educated about what we do.”
He then added, “I have great satisfaction about what I do, and I never feel bad or worried about doing abortions.”
Hodari’s remarks have only added more ammunition to the lawsuit pending against him in Genessee County Circuit Court.
NBC25 reported on the comments and asked for an explanation from the abortionist. Hodari claimed that he was only referring to situations where the woman’s life would be in danger, and said that a doctor must “never” tell a patient “you’re going to die.”
“And in that respect, yes, we lie,” insisted Hodari.
However, the context of Hodari’s remarks, in which he mentioned how proud he was to be an abortionist, had nothing to do with telling women that they were dying.
Caitlin Bruce is one ex-client of Hodari, who claims he did exactly to her what he told the Wayne medical students: lied to her, and forced her to abort a baby she wanted. Bruce that Hodari and his assistant forcibly held her down to the operating table and "ripped the life out of me that day."
Bruce’s alleged forced abortion happened at Hodari’s Flint abortion center, the Feminine Health Care Clinic.
Tom R. Pabst, Bruce’s attorney, told NBC25 that Hodari violated Bruce’s right to back out of a medical procedure and the video will serve as evidence against him.
"Whether it’s a sexual advance or a medical procedure, if she says, ‘No, stop,’ that’s the end of it," Pabst told the local news station.
"What he’s saying is that he knows what’s better for your body than you do, and he’s going to go ahead and do what he thinks is best for a woman’s body, not the woman. To me he’s got it flipped."
Bruce’s story aligns with testimonies from other women who have described similar horror stories of coerced abortions at Hodari’s hands. A report by Operation Rescue shows Hodari has a record of 49 documented lawsuits over a span of decades.
Hodari’s practice has also been implicated in the deaths of at least four women from abortion-related complications. In June 2009, the Disciplinary Subcommittee of Michigan’s Board of Medicine fined Hodari $10,000 for negligence in connection with the botched abortion death of Regina Johnson.
Numerous complaints have been filed against the abortionist for improper disposal of human remains and abortion records found in Hodari’s dumpster. Hodari received a sentence of six months’ probation on one such count in February.
In November, Hodari put his abortion clinics on the market along with his collection of expensive classic cars and hastily filed for divorce from his wife of 29 years. Local activists told Operation Rescue that it appeared that he was attempting to liquidate his assets so he could flee the country, possibly to his former home in Argentina.
Judge Denies Motion to Dismiss Suit Against Aurora Planned Parenthood
By James Tillman
AURORA, Illinois, May 24, 2010 (LifeSiteNews.com) — Striking down a motion to dismiss, Judge Neal W. Cerne of Dupage County Court has ruled that a lawsuit may go forward alleging that a Planned Parenthood mega-center violates city zoning laws and that the zoning board blatantly ignored the violation.
Although this decision was cheering to pro-life advocates, Judge Cerne removed many of the defendants originally named from the lawsuit, including the City of Aurora, Mayor Tom Weisner, the previous CEO of Planned Parenthood of Illinois, and the city Planning Commission. Cerne ruled that the case may proceed before the Aurora zoning board of appeals and building code board of appeals.
Attorneys with the Thomas More Society, a pro-life legal group, sued Planned Parenthood (PP) on behalf of Aurora residents calling PP to task for the secretive construction of Aurora’s 22,000 square foot, $7.5 million "super clinic."
Planned Parenthood had begun furtively constructing the abortuary by using the name of a front corporation called Gemini Office Development (GOD). By acting as GOD, Planned Parenthood prevented Aurora residents from objecting to the construction of the clinic. A pro-life construction worker’s suspicions were raised only after noticing the bullet-proof glass and surgical equipment that were being installed.
Yet Thomas More lawyers say the city of Aurora and the Zoning and Building Board of appeals have long turned a blind eye to the violations.
Planned Parenthood had claimed that the deception was intended to protect the clinic’s staff and construction workers from dangerous protestors.
"This massive and illegal abortion facility is a blight on the quiet residential neighborhood that it borders," said Peter Breen, Thomas More Society executive director and legal counsel. "If the City of Aurora’s zoning laws are to have any meaning, Planned Parenthood must be held to account for its repeated and flagrant violations of those laws."
Although hailed as a victory by pro-life leaders, the mixed ruling handed down by Judge Cerne also allowed Planned Parenthood to claim victory. The judge dismissed counts alleging that pro-lifers were denied due process because of the secretive construction, and that defendants violated the state constitution’s Equal Protection clause.
"Planned Parenthood of Illinois is pleased with the court’s ruling to dismiss several of the counts in the zoning case regarding the Aurora health center," said Planned Parenthood of Illinois interim CEO Carole Brite. "We look forward to resolving the remaining counts as quickly as possible in a manner favorable to PPIL."
Unborn Baby Gives British Mom a Thumbs Up in Ultrasound Picture
London, England (LifeNews.com) — Marie Boswell expected to get the latest information about the status of her unborn child from her physician. In a rare ultrasound picture showing her baby giving her a thumbs up, she got a progress report from the baby boy himself.
Bosworth was stunned by the ultrasound photo of her 20-week-old unborn baby giving her the popular sign when everything’s all right.
"It was really funny," the 35-year-old mother said of the ultrasound picture she had at Wythenshawe Hospital, near her home in Manchester.
She told the London Daily Mail newspaper, "I went to the scan with my friend and my mum and we were all just laughing. He was giving us the thumbs up, it was just so clear."
"We couldn’t believe it. I have big hands, but nothing on the scale of his," she told the newspaper. "We’re thinking he might make a good goalkeeper. I’ve never seen a scan like this before – but we love it."
"I’ve been keeping it in a book because I want to show it to him when he is older," she added.
