Is The Rockford Abortion Mill Not Reporting Child Predators?
Rockford IL - On Saturday August 28, two men walked into Rockford’s abortion mill with a young lady following.  Shortly after they were inside one of the men came out and spoke with sidewalk counselors about his friend who is over 18 who is taking an under age girl in the Rockford abortion mill to have an abortion.

 
 
The man told a pro-lifer that if the girl’s mother knew this man got her daughter pregnant she would, "have him thrown in jail."
 
These three people drove for over four hours from Wisconsin because they found out the Rockford abortion mill does not ask the questions some of the abortion mills is Wisconsin do. 
 
Pro-lifers immediately reported the situation to the police who spoke with the man outside of the mill and confirmed what was happening. 
The police said this is a situation for the "medical board" and took a report on what happened.
 
A teacher who was present and who is a mandated reporter of child abuse called the abortion mill and spoke with the director.  When the clinic director was told of the situation she said, "It is no concern of ours," and hung up the phone.
 
Even though every person on staff inside the Rockford abortion mill is a mandated reporter of sexual abuse as far as pro-lifers know in the last 25 years they have not reported even one case of a pregnant under age girl being brought to this mill by an older man.

Dehumanizing the Vulnerable in Rockford: When Word Games Are Used To Kill.

In an effort to sooth their conscience over the killing of babies in the womb, abortion supporters have used various terms to dehumanize children in the womb.  Such as:  less than fully human, non-persons, parasites, diseases, product of conception, clump of cells, and the Orwellian "legal non-person."

Those inside the Rockford abortion mill and some of their supporters outside on the side walk have systematically taken up the mantra that children in the womb are "parasites."

These "semantic gymnastics", by which some Rockford abortion supporters have tried to reduce to non-human status children in the womb, have also been used to kill and enslave other human beings throughout history.

In Rockford the dehumanizing of the unborn using false descriptions of their humanity is being used by abortion supporters to encourage the killing of children at the Northern Illinois Women’s Center.

 This video is an effort to set the record straight and can also be shown to enlighten any person who is unaware of the difference between a parasite and a person.

The board of directors of Human Life International (HLI) has announced that after nearly 10 years of meritorious service to HLI as president, Reverend Thomas J Euteneuer has stepped down from his position after being asked by his Bishop to return to his Diocese in West Palm Beach, Florida.
FRONT ROYAL, VA (Catholic Online) – There is no doubt that when the history of the Pro-Life movement and the struggle to build a new culture of life is written, Fr. Thomas J. Euteneuer, now the former President of Human Life International, will be acknowledged as one of its most articulate and courageous champions.

The news of his immediate departure from the Presidency of Human Life International comes as a real surprise. It was completely unexpected. It was accompanied by very little explanation. He will apparently return to his Diocese, West Palm Beach. However, he has no parish assignment as of the announcement.

Stephen Phelan, the Communications Manager for Human Life International, just issued the following Press Release:

Dear Friends of Life,
 
Nearly ten years ago I answered the call of the Lord to come to Human Life International and work full-time in pro-life work with the permission of my bishop. I have been utterly privileged to serve this great mission for a decade, and now I am called back to my diocese to continue my priestly service in parish work, which was the original calling of my vocation. A priest is a soldier of Christ and the Church, and obedience is the primary virtue of his state in life, but for my part, my discernment about this decision tells me that this is the right thing for me to do and at the right time. I have great peace about the road that lies ahead and about all that has been accomplished up to this point.
Our international mission remains in good hands with my departure. HLI’s Board of Directors has asked Msgr. Ignacio Barreiro of our Rome office to assume my responsibilities until such a time as a permanent replacement is named. Our tremendously competent staff and generous supporters are looking to the future with great hope despite the many challenges of the death peddlers on a global scale which are only increasing. There is more need of our mission now than ever! HLI’s network of affiliates and associates is more than 100 countries strong, and our international leaders, so often highlighted in our publications, are literally the best in the world! Our dear founder, Fr. Paul Marx would be extremely proud of what we have accomplished in the past decade. I am sure he is smiling on us from where he is now.
I do not have a parish assignment in my diocese as of yet, but I hope to take some time out before I go back into full-time parish work. continue to pray for the family as they mourn the loss of little Emma
Kate.  Our thoughts and prayers are with them and we know that Emma is
at peace in the arms of her heavenly Father and will suffer no more.

A Letter From Emma’s Father, Shane
 
This is Emma’s Daddy Shane and since I had not written to you yet I thought that perhaps I would take this opportunity.  As you may have heard Emma went home to Our Father’s House on Thursday morning at approximately 1:30am. 
  Emma had been recovering rather well at Hope Hospital and things were actually looking up. Honestly, I do not believe anyone saw this coming or expected it, but yet when it did, there was no surprise. You can imagine that of course there is heartache and heartbreak. And I have often heard that NO parent should EVER have to bury a child; that now has a whole new dimension that cannot be expressed.
 
  For whatever reason, God chose me to be the receiver of her last moments here. Jackie was at home with Tannis and Hailey and I was at The Ronald McDonald House. I don’t find it ironic in any way, but I was unable to sleep. I recited The Lord’s Prayer and then rolled over to try and sleep some. The phone rang. It was a mother that was a couple of rooms down from Emma’s. She didn’t really even need to speak because in my heart I already knew. I ran to the hospital and when I got upstairs to her room there were between 40 and 50 people in her tiny little room. I walked in to see them working on her and I then asked the Dr how long she had been down. "12 minutes" he replied; "three rounds of med’s with no effect" he then stated. I told them to stop. Just as they stopped one of the nurses said they had a weak pulse at 70 but it immediately went to down to 30. I said again to just leave her alone.
 
  You know, I fully agree with the notion that Mothers have a special bond with their babies. But I and my Emma had something even deeper and more meaningful than that. Every time she was at her sickest or most ill is when Jackie was unable to be there, due to obligations at home. I do not say this in a boastful manner as that is not my nature. It just always worked that way. The point of this story is I guess, would be to love every breath someone close to you breathes; enjoy every little wiggle and giggle and jiggle. It is a miraculous work of God shown in and through Emma. She has brought not only my wife and I closer to Him but countless others as well. We have made lifelong friends through this and she has been instrumental in closing divisions between units in the hospital. She has made so many smile and so many cry with joy. She had the softest skin and the sweetest smile that would show up and melt you even after the most painful operations and procedures.
 I could be angry and I am definitely sad, but her life and body were perfect because that is how The Lord made her. Now there are no more surgeries, scalpels, IV’s or pain of any kind. It IS sad but also a relief; not a selfish relief, but that she no longer has to feel that pain. Thank you all for sharing.

“One hundred years and nine months ago today, God blessed the world with a woman destined to be one of the greatest ‘signs of contradiction’ in our time. How blessed we are to have Blessed Teresa as a friend, both to American Life League and to me personally.

“It is such a comfort to know she is now interceding with God on behalf of all those she spent her whole life caring for, defending, protecting, nurturing and mothering.

“The walls of American Life League’s office are lined with some of the notes Blessed Teresa wrote us over the years – each one a treasure, each one filled with love.

“However, my favorite note from Blessed Teresa is one she sent on the completion of my autobiography, ‘Not My Will, but Thine’:

‘Let us thank God for having chosen you for his work of Love. In your mission, as in mine, God has chosen nothingness to reveal His greatness. I pray that your book will open many hearts to God. Washington, DC (24 August 2010) – American Life League president Judie Brown issued the following statement in response to news that, in its ruling on the Sherley v. Sebelius case, the District Court for the District of Columbia  issued a preliminary injunction against the Obama administration’s approval of human embryonic stem cell research while also upholding the flawed Dickey-Wicker Amendment.

“Judge Royce Lamberth’s decision has confirmed the fundamental American principle of seeking equal protection under the law for all – no matter how young, vulnerable or marginalized.

“Despite the Obama administration’s rabid and unscientific fixation on destroying human persons for ‘research,’ it is simply common sense that a government committed to protecting human rights for all human beings should not sanction ripping apart some human beings to use their parts for the supposed benefit of other human beings.

“We must never forget, while caught in the weeds of politics and intellectual debate, that human embryonic stem cell research is the deliberate and utilitarian dismemberment and dissection of individual human beings. It is the ultimate mark of a barbaric society, and it has no place beside the noble ideals to which our country is dedicated.”

 On Friday August 20, an estimated 7 children were killed inside Rockford’s abortion mill.  Please follow this link  http://prolifecorner.com/node/413  to learn how a child’s life was saved this day.
 
On Wednesday August 25, an estimated 5 children were killed inside the Northern Illinois Women’s Center.   We were led this morning by the humble and confident faith of a local Pastor who quietly prayed on the sidewalk outside of the mill.
 
Because of the prayers of so many Christians the numbers of abortions continues to fall.  Seven women went into the mill with two of them leaving before the out of state abortionist arrived.  Neither woman who left said anything to the pro-lifers but they were long gone before abortionist Stewart Kearnes arrived.
 
"For since in the wisdom of God the world through its wisdom did not know him, God was pleased through the foolishness of what was preached to save those who believe."  1 Corinthians 1:21
 
In a rather amazing turn of events the abortion mill landlord himself came out of the mill to try and convince pro-lifers that their prayers aren’t working.
This on a day when an abortion mill that once did up to 30-40 abortions per day was by the grace of God limited to only killing five children instead of the up to 40 children they once killed per day.
 
The mill landlord mocked the efforts of pro-lifers and claimed they have no effect on his business even handing a pro-lifer a piece of paper claiming the reason they do fewer abortion is because the birth rate in Illinois is lower.
 
In the amazing way God works, we had a pro-lifer join us in prayer today who also prays at an abortion mill in the Chicago suburbs.  He told us that when he was at one of the many suburban mills a few weeks ago, women were crowding in that abortion center one every few minutes.
 
Why Are Other Illinois Abortion Mills Doing More Abortions And Rockford Doing Fewer?
 
The answer is simple.  Because so many of you are praying with faith and perseverance and never giving up; because so many of you are sacrificing your time to work for life and love in so many different ways; because people like you from so many different Churches and denominations have joined together to love Christ and the, "least of His people”; because so many of you are getting the word out to others in our city about the demonic hatred this Rockford abortion mill has displayed toward God and His children in their mothers wombs.
 
We still have many years of prayer and work ahead of us but because of people like you lives and souls are being saved.  God bless you.

I just wanted to send an update of Emma and wanted to thank you again for sharing her story. We feel so blessed to have so many reaching out to us.

"Put It In God’s Hands"
"Today (yesterday actually..haven’t gone to bed yet) was a different day"…we’ve gone through with Emma cardiac caths, heart surgeries, helicopter flights, intubations, extubations…but today was different. Today Emma had a cardiac cath(pictures taken and pressures checked through arties). She has had this done before. Shane has had an uneasy feeling for days…I felt she would do just fine as she usually does, but feared what they would find. There was talk Emma might be facing diastolic heart failure, which there would be nothing doctors could do for this…also talk of just a band on the pulmonary artery needing to be tightened.
 
After hours of waiting and praying…”God’s will be done", we were informed that Emma’s heart had slowed way down and actually stopped for a few minutes. A code blue was paged over the intercom and a nurse came to tell us that Emma was given medications to start her heart again and CPR was performed and that Emma was now stable. The test was then continued.I wondered, is this where we are headed? Is this going to be God’s Will? I prayed more.."God’s Will be done." At the end of the procedure one of the cardiologists came out and said yes, we had a scare and Emma’s heart stopped for a few minutes due to certain things going on during the test, but we have some good news…Emma does not have diastolic heart failure and we may only need to tighten a band. My heart felt like it jumped up to my throat for a second and I made sure I heard correctly..What awesome terrific news! Then I thought God’s Will Is Done! We have Emma with us longer and received better news than we had hoped for! Praise God!
 
Of course we are not out of the woods yet. We still have to get Emma’s fluid balance figured out and go through a small surgery tightening a band, but really are we ever out of the woods? I guess what I am trying to say is I prayed for God’s Will to be done and put this day in God’s hands. There was of course anxiety and worry felt throughout the day, but it was different. The heavy heart I have felt for many many months was not with me today. I gave that heaviness to God when I prayed for God’s Will to be done and when I put this day in His hands. And His Will was done. "Today was a different day." Thank you God for keeping Em with us today and every day after. Amen.
 
August 24, 2010
A few days later the procedure was done and a week later she was breathing on her own again. We are happy overall with Emma’s progress. We are just waiting on her body to adjust to the surgery and the medications before we can go home. We occasionally have set backs… checking her kidneys and blood sugar. Lately Emma’s kidney functions have been a little elevated, but this can be normal since all organs can take a hit in surgeries.
 
During this stay we have seen other families "frequent fliers" like us back at the hospital and some that have not left since Emma’s last admission. We have met new families, shared stories and have recently mourned the passing of sweet baby girlwho we had grown very fond of,  both her and her family.
Emma is out of ICU and will be closely watched for a few days. If things looks good and continue this way, we may be going home soon. I hope this is the case as it is very difficult to live 2 hours away from the hospital.
 
We are thankful to be staying at the Ronald McDonald House again, but school has started for Emma’s older brother and sister. We are now a separated family again. Shane and I switch back and forth during the week. One parent stays with Emma and the other is at home trying to keep a routine going with school. Halfway through the week Shane and I switch off.  Neither one of us is currently working, but hopefully if Emma can come home and stay homethis can change. Until then we literally live day to daymaking the best of it. Our family is very close and I am very thankful for this. It has been a long 14 months. Alot of driving, alot of praying, but hoping this year will be a better one than last. I have learned alot medically, but also spritually.
