In common with many people, I am deeply disturbed and concerned over the taking of innocent human lives in abortion. Some of the cruel and painful abortion procedures make this situation inhuman. However, the number of people working against abortion and for life is very positive. But, on the negative side I am concerned that much of this effort is wasted. Many if not most of these pro-life people have not taken the time to look at the primary cause of abortion and work in that area.
When you approach a doctor with an ailment, he or she will do an examination and possibly schedule tests to determine the cause of the problem. This is called a diagnosis and guides the doctor in taking the proper steps to eliminate the problem. Likewise, when you have a problem with your car and take it to the dealer or repair shop, they run tests and diagnostics to find the cause of the problem. Once the cause is known, they can take action to fix the problem. Why do pro-life people not take the time to look for the cause of abortion and then work on that cause to eliminate abortion?
ProLifeCorner- By Larry Plachno-Sustainability has recently become an attractive catchword in business and industry. In addition to the obvious meaning that a particular procedure or product can be ongoing or continuous, it also tends to carry the connotations of being healthy and eco-friendly.
Our society is no longer sustainable due in large part to abortion and related actions or attitudes. In fact, our society has become unsustainable in three different ways. One is that we can no longer agree on good and evil or common goals. The second is that we have moved to harming society rather than supporting it. And the third is that because of abortion and related actions we have become an endangered species and our society is dying out.
You probably will not find any of these three critical items discussed in the mainstream media to any extent. Yes, topics will come up from time to time but their negative impact on our society is rarely mentioned and little will be said about abortion and related decisions and actions as the cause. Gold Covered Sepulchers Filled With Dead Babies Bones
ProLifeCorner – 3-12-2016 – by Editor – For years we have seen the scandalous stories of American Catholic Universities promoting and honoring our political and cultural elites who are responsible for the mass murder of children by abortion.
This year two of the most prominent Catholic universities in America have both taken the promotion of the culture of death to new lows.
ProLifeCorner – Nashville, Tennessee- Frank J. Munda- It’s been over 30 years that we at the ProLifeCorner have been fighting the culture of death. One thing I’ve learned is that there is no right way or wrong way to approach this horrific and scandalous stain on the fabric of a once great nation. Of course I am referring to the decriminalization of abortion. How do we fight this heinous crime against mankind? If I had 10 pro-life advocates with me now I might have 10 different answers. That explains why we have so many wonderful pro-life groups with slightly different approaches. If each one of us would surrender our hearts and our minds to our Lord He will lead us.
I received a wonderful note from a gentleman by the name of Jeremy Robin. He was inspired to write and produce a video entitled “What could possibly make the angles cry?” This video, in my opinion, is very well done and speaks to the heart. The music, imagery, and editing is of the highest caliber.
It is a privilege for me to share with you Jeremy’s note below and his video. May our Lord richly bless and inspire Jeremy in all of his musical endeavors especially in how it pertains to promoting the culture of life. Continue reading →
UPDATED: 9:55 PM – ProLifeCorner – 2-7-2016 – by Editor – Many of you know of the tragic and scandalous situation of an abortionist who is allowed to see patients at Mayo Clinic Health System – Franciscan Health care, in La Crosse WI. Both the Bishop of La Crosse and the Franciscan Sisters of Perpetual adoration, who have sponsorship of the hospital, allow this life and soul threatening situation to continue.
Appointments are scheduled with mothers in high risk pregnancies with a perinatologist. Perinatologist, are specialists who come to the Mayo/Franciscan Hospital. These specialists, perinatologists, do NOT perform abortions in the Mayo/Franciscan Hospital. However, they do inform mothers of all options including abortion. These same doctors, perinatologists do perform abortions in MN at the Mayo Hospital.
ProLifeCorner.com – Frank J. Munda- 2-7-2016 – Often people will ask this most important question: Do you have a personal relationship with Jesus? It’s a good question Do you have the right answer? Is the answer yes? By the very nature of someone accepting Jesus into their life we all have varying degrees of relationship with our Lord.
If you profess to be Christian the question is, what does it mean to have a personal relationship with Jesus? I came from a background that might seem strange to some; that is we were Catholic on my Father’s side of the family and Protestant on my Mother’s side. My Mom and Dad had four sons and I was the third born. My mother had a lovely singing voice and loved the old Protestant hymns. When we were small, often at night my Mom would sing the beautiful old Protestant hymns to us. “The Old Rugged Cross” was one of my favorites. Of course when I was real small I did not understand this Protestant – Catholic thing. As I grew up unfortunately the differences became more clear to me. My favorite aunt was a Baptist Christian. She was a good and kind person and I know she loved me as her nephew, but I had difficulty understanding how she could hate my Catholic faith. When my young wife and I had an opportunity to purchase our first home, it was my aunt who gave us the down payment. In her own way she had a relationship with Jesus; she was a good, kind and loving person to those around her. The only thing that I truly could not understand is how she could love Jesus, and yet take such a strong anti-Catholic position. Continue reading →

ProLifeCorner- Freeport Illinois – Madonna Renewal Center in Freeport needs help this Saturday, Feb 6 2016, from 9:00-12:00 AM.
The Madonna Renewal Center is moving forward; mold and asbestos have been removed from the five story future home of the Madonna Renewal Center.
Project leader for the Madonna Renewal Center (MRC) Roger L. Kampmier had this to say. “As of this time we have removed a lot of metal from the walls of our building, but the number of volunteers turning out to help has been low. Please see if you can spare some time for the Lords work.” Roger further stated “We will provide dust masks for those coming to help. Please bring gloves for your hands to protect against cuts while moving metal to the staging area. I will need some of the men attending to bring crow bars and Saws-All’s to finish the remaining metal removal that is needed. We have basically finished the first floor to the third floor and still have metal to demo out for the fourth and fifth floors. Continue reading →
ProLifeCorner- Frank Joseph Munda- There’s an old saying, ”I felt sorry for myself because I had no shoes, until I saw a man who had no feet.” It is a rare individual who has not been touched by some form of physical, or mental pain. It seems some of us suffer a little more than others. Mark Pickup and his wife LaRee of HumanLifeMatters have certainly suffered much physical and mental pain over the years. Losing his mobility to MS was a tragedy that would have destroyed a lesser man than Mark. He has carried this cross in a Christ like fashion. His faith in Christ, his love of life has helped him overcome any and all obstacles in his life. They, Mark and LaRee are an example to all of us.Continue reading →
Many people braved the snow in Washington, D.C. in January to march for life. They were there to show their unhappiness with the Roe v. Wade Supreme Court Decision of January 22, 1973 that made abortion the law of the land. There were other major marches elsewhere including Chicago and San Francisco timed to coincide with this 43rd anniversary of Roe v. Wade. Due to the bias of our mainstream media in ignoring pro-life news, most of the marchers were probably not aware that there has been a new challenge to Roe v. Wade.
This new development comes from a rather unexpected quarter. Involved is a joint resolution recently passed by the South Dakota state House of Representatives with a 60-10 vote and passed by the state Senate with a 25-9 vote. It was signed by the leaders of both chambers. Just prior to this Roe v. Wade anniversary, some of the South Dakota lawmakers presented this state resolution to the United States Supreme Court. In doing so they asked the high court to reconsider and overturn its abortion rulings including Roe v. Wade. Continue reading →
