Thoughts for the DaySenator Rick Santorum learned that his unborn .child had "a fatal defect" and "was going to die". He and his wife rejected the abortion option, choosing instead to do everything possible to save their son's life. In his own words, "We choose to let Gabriel live and die in the fullness of time, being held and nurtured by two parents who loved him. What is your church doing for life?What is your church doing to defend life or draw attention to the abortion and euthanasia crisis? We would like to share your pro-life activities here on our web site. Write a short story covering the activity, you may also include 1 or 2 pictures. For example: One church we know of has a baby shower each year. Church members bring new gifts for babies to a party hosted by the church. Cake and coffee are served. All gifts are donated to a local pregnancy center. Another example: A Catholic church and a Baptist church in Texas lined up on opposite sides of the street across from each other and prayed to Our Father for an end to abortion.
