Special Note to our Readers

We have been asked on several occasions ‘how secure is your evidence regarding past and recent events at the abortion mill?’ Here is my answer: Relax. Everything is under control. All copies pertinent to recent events in Rockford are in the hands of the attorneys and stored in several locations throughout the country. It’s even been done in such a fashion that not one person knows all the locations. It is very safe.

With that much being said, if anyone has any materials, testimonies, photographs, videos, etc. that they would like to share, do not hesitate to contact us.

On Friday April 25, 11 children were aborted in Rockford.
As far as we know no mothers chose life. The abortion mill owner used his amplified sound system to mock and ridicule the pro-lifers for about twenty minutes.

On Tuesday April 29, 14 young women went into the abortion mill.
One young mother had a bumper sticker on the back of her car that spelled out in symbols from the worlds different religions the word "coexist." The young mother was asked how she hope the people and religions of the world will ever peacefully coexist when a mother can't even coexist with her own child to the point of aborting her. She did not respond.
Please keep praying for all mothers, fathers, the clinic staff, pro-lifers and all people involved with this issue.

Black Pro-Life Pastors, College Students Protest Abortion Racism to Congress

Washington, DC (LifeNews.com) -- Black pro-life pastors and pro-life college students joined together on Thursday for a protest at Congress concerning recent news that Planned Parenthood abortion businesses took donations from obviously racist donors. The fake contributors wanted their money used to abort black babies. The pro-life advocates hoped to further expose the racist tendencies behind Planned Parenthood and to petition both political parties not to accept money from the abortion giant. Members of Students for Life of America joined with the African-American pastors and pro-life Arizona Rep. Trent Franks for the event, which included a vigil outside a local Planned Parenthood. Earlier this year, a student magazine at UCLA conducted two sting operations with callers posting as potential Planned Parenthood donors. Local affiliates of the abortion business in several states willingly took the donations and even appeared to support the racist intent behind them in some instances. Day Gardner, president of the National Black Pro-Life Union, was on hand for the protest. “African-Americans are having abortions at a hugely disproportionate rate according to their population and Planned Parenthood has no shame whatsoever in accepting money that specifically targets our community,”

Women Tell Of Coerced, Illegal Abortions At Kansas Abortion Clinic

WICHITA, KS, April 24, 2008 (LifeSiteNews.com) - Women have come forward and shared their stories of coerced, botched, and illegal abortions which they say took place at the nation's largest late-term abortion mill, operated by George R. Tiller in Wichita, Kansas.

"These are heart-breaking stories for which we hold Governor Kathleen Sebelius personally responsible," said Operation Rescue Senior Policy Advisor Cheryl Sullenger. "The governor has appointed people to all the state's enforcement institutions that continue to turn a blind eye to lawbreaking and unethical behavior on the part of the abortion cartel. She is at the heart of the abortion corruption scandal in Kansas that has already cost the jobs of an attorney general and two top members of the Kansas State Board of Healing Arts. Unfortunately, that is just the tip of the iceberg."

Women have told Operation Rescue they had horrific experiences with late abortions at Tiller's Women's Health Care Servi ces in response to an Internet appeal for their stories. Those experiences include:

- An abortion on a 14-year old girl who did not understand what was happening to her. Her traumatic abortion resulted in drug abuse and suicidal thoughts.

- An unwanted abortion on a 17-year old whose abusive parents forced her to abort. The girl was drugged into submission and her pleas for help ignored by clinic staff.

- A forced abortion on a 19-year old whose last word before succumbing to the anesthesia was, "Nooooo!"

- A step-mom who coerced a young girl into an unwanted abortion contrary to the wishes of her rightful parent, resulting in a disturbing personality change in her daughter.

Other women shared experiences of botched or illegal abortions, including:

- An abortion done on a woman in her 25th week of pregnancy whose medical records show that the abortion was not medically necessary, in violation of Kansas Law.

- A botched abortion t hat re sulted in years of gynecological problems.

"Gov. Sebelius is using her appointees in the Kansas State Board of Healing Arts, the Kansas Department of Health, the Attorney General's office, and perhaps even the Kansas Supreme Court to cover up for Tiller's wrongdoing. This is costing innocent lives that laws have been enacted to protect, as well as untold human misery in the lives of vulnerable young girls who do not have the will to resist the tremendous pressures to abort. We can no longer ignore these tragedies. We again urge the legislature to conduct an investigation into this abortion corruption scandal."

Pro-Life Project Fight Back! launched to show truth about CPCs

TRENTON, NJ, April 22, 2008 (LifeSiteNews.com) - Planned Parenthood Affiliates of New Jersey continued their attack on Crisis Pregnancy Centers (CPC) last week when it exhorted its supporters to back the Stop Deceptive Advertising for Women's Services Act (SDAWS). That act that calls for the Federal Trade Commission to enforce truth-in-advertising standards so as to make it illegal for CPCs to present themselves in such a way as to lead individuals into believing that they perform abortions.
Rep. Carolyn Maloney and 11 other sponsors introduced SDAWS to the NJ House of Representatives in May 2007. On April 1, Sen. Robert Menendez introduced the Senate companion to SDAWS.
Maloney claims that CPCs "have adopted the brazen tactic of advertising and presenting themselves as legitimate family planning centers in order to lure women seeking abortion information and talk them out of getting an abortion."
"Although they may claim to provide a range of services, CPCs are not legitimate health facilities and do not offer comprehensive health services and non-biased, medically accurate information about all pregnancy options," said Michele Jaker, Executive Director of PPANJ.
CPC opponents typically claim that CPCs present false information regarding the increase of breast cancer, fertility problems, and psychological problems among women who have had abortions.
Randall K. O'Bannon, Ph.D., National Right to Life Director of Education and Research, systematically debunked the standard attacks on CPCs in his two-part article "Pro-Abortionists Crank Up Campaign to Mislead Public"
"As the number of CPCs has grown, as some centers have begun to receive modest federal funding, and as the Movement has grown far more effective in getting the truth about abortion's risks and realities into the hands of pregnant women, the attack has intensified," explained O'Bannon.
CPC critics cite the National Cancer Institute (NCI) 2003 Conference as an example of an authoritative denial of the abortion-breast cancer link.
"But the report never explains why or how the same panel could still declare that a first full-term pregnancy would have a 'protective effect' against possible future breast cancer. Or why the NCI's own journal published a study in 1994 showing women having abortions had a 50% increased risk of having breast cancer before age 45. Or why 13 out of 17 studies in the U.S. showed more breast cancer among women having abortions," writes O'Bannon.
In light of CPC opponents' selective citations denying the increased fertility problems among women who have had abortions, O'Bannon details a slew of studies confirming the connection.
For instance, "a 1993 study from the Journal of Epidemiology and Community Health showing more than doubled risk of future infertility among aborting women." Further, a study from the April 2005 British Journal of Obstetrics and Gynecology "showed that women who have had abortions were at higher risk of very preterm delivery in subsequent pregnancies than women with no such history."
Contrary to the American Psychological Association's denial of "Post-Abortion Syndrome," O'Bannon said that he found scholarly evidence for the psychologically harmful effects of abortion.
A self-professed "pro-choice" New Zealand researcher David Fergusson found after a 2006 study that "those having an abortion had elevated rates of subsequent mental health problems including depression, anxiety, suicidal behaviors and substance abuse disorders."
In response to on-going attacks on CPCs, Life Decisions International (LDI) has launched Project Fight Back!, an organized effort to present to Congress and other lawmakers the truth about CPCs' helpful services.
"It is past the time when we educate our own supporters about pregnancy help centers. Now is the time when we must fight back," said LDI Chairman Thomas C. Strobhar.
LDI asks for completely honest accounts of positive experiences at CPCs and negative experiences at Planned Parenthood facilities.

Italy Sees Abortion Drop Three Percent as More Doctors Refuse to Do Them

Rome, Italy (LifeNews.com) -- Italy is seeing abortions drop as more physicians decline to do abortions and prefer to see women keep their baby and carry the pregnancy to term. A new report indicates as many as 70 percent of all doctors in Italy won't do abortions, which has helped the abortion figures drop three percent. The new report from the nation's ministry of health finds about 59 percent of doctors refused to do abortions in 2003 and, as of last year, the figure rose to just over 69 percent. At the same time, the number of anesthesiologists refusing to take part in abortions rose from 45.7 percent to 50.4 percent. "In the south, this increase is even more pronounced and in certain areas the rate has almost doubled," the report says, according to an AFP article. The rep ort fi nds that in Naples and Sicily the number of doctors refusing to do abortions jumps to well over 80 percent. The decision by medical professionals to refuse to take part in abortions has helped the abortion total drop from 131,018 in 2006 to 127,038 in 2007.

Mexico City Official Admits that Decriminalization has Increased the Number of Abortions
MEXICO CITY, April 24, 2008 (LifeSiteNews.com) - Mexico City's Secretary of Health, Manuel Mondragón, admits that the legalization of abortion in the city "has tended to increase" the abortion rate, but in his opinion, "not in a disproportionate way", according to the French Press Agency.
The admission by a pro-abortion politician that legalizing abortion increases its frequency is rare.
Since Mexico City passed the Law of Legal Interruption of Pregnancy a little over a year ago, approximately 7,820 abortions have been carried out by city medical personnel. The law is currently being disputed before the nation's Supreme Court by federal officials who are arguing that it is a human rights violation.

Despite the admitted increase in abortions, the number performed in Mexico City during the past year was far less per capita than in developed countries, where abortion is more socially acceptable.
Mexico's relatively low abortion rate is partially attributable to a strong pro-life tendency in the culture. One Mexico City resident who said she had had a legal abortion acknowledged in a recent interview that women find it difficult to seek an abortion in Mexico because of the "social rejection" they are likely to experience.
Another woman who obtained an abortion because her birth control failed, identified by only her first name, Alejandra, admitted to the BBC that she can't tell her family what happened because "it is a topic that creates conflict".
Polls indicate a strong opposition to abortion, and a plurality of voters are opposed to further decriminalization. Although abortion is not penalized in cases of rape or fetal deformity in most states, officials are sometimes reluctant to allow abortions even in those cases.
Mexico's strong pro-life tendency is also reflected in attitudes of doctors. Doctor Jorge Nava Flores, Chief of Gynecology at one of the hospitals where abortions are performed, admitted to the BBC in a recent interview it is already difficult to find doctors who are willing to commit abortions.
However, despite this problem, Mondragón has announced plans to expand the availability of abortion in Mexico City. It is currently provided in only 14 hospitals.

Pro-Abortion Terrorists Claim Responsibility for University Bombing

SANTIAGO, April 26, 2008 (LifeSiteNews.com) - A terrorist group calling itself the Insurrectionist Federation has reportedly taken credit for the recent bombing of the University of the Andes in reprisal for a decision of the Chilean Supreme Court prohibiting the distribution of the abortifacient "morning after pill".

The bomb detonated in a university bathroom on April 23. Although no one was hurt, ACI Prensa reports that the bathroom suffered severe damage, contrary to media reports that the device was just a "noise bomb".

"They say it's just a 'noise bomb' but in reality the bathroom was destroyed and if anyone had been there they would have been killed or injured," a university source told ACI Prensa.

The report, which originated with Chile's Radio Cooperativa, was based on an email message sent to Chilean authorities.

"Credit for the attack has been claimed in relation to the debate which has existed in our society regarding methods of avo iding contraceptives," said Xavier Armendáriz, a federal prosecutor, in an interview with Radio Cooperativa.

The Chilean Supreme Court struck down the government's policy as unconstitutional, because it violates the right to life guaranteed in the nation's charter document.

The attack was carried out against the University of the Andes because one of the court's judges has an affiliation with the institution, according to ACI Prensa.

British Girls as Young as 12 Have Abortions New Report Shows

London, England - A new report from England shows girls as young as 12 are becoming pregnant and getting abortions. The Department of Health finds that, each year, about 10-15 12-year-old girls have abortions. Dr. Rhona Knight, told ANI news service that society needs to stop giving girls the message that they can or should have sex at an early age. "The message given out is that the boys will use a condom or the girls can go on the pill, but they end up pregnant, which is extremely sad. We need to empower these girls to realize that they do not need to have sex at that age," she said. But Ann Furedi, chief executive of the British Pregnancy Advisory Service abortion business said people like Knight need to "stop being shocked" by the fact that pre-teen girls have sex and abortions. "This is a tiny number of girls. Childr en gro w up very quickly in our society. They are maturing faster physically, psychologically and socially, and society just has to come to terms with that," she said. The health department data also shows 138 girls aged 13 had abortions in 2003, which increased to 142 in 2004.
