Its Fair Time August 19 through August 24

Stephenson County Right to Life will present it’s booth at the Stephenson County fair again this year.  This will be the 24th year that there will be a pro-life presence at the fair.  As usual, we will be there for questions and answers as well as providing educational material in the form of pro-life brochures, bumper stickers, etc..

This year we will be offering handmade bracelets and earrings for sale as our fundraiser.  They will be in pale pink, blue, clear, and combined colors.  One of our pro-life volunteers, who is quite talented in making jewelry, will be offering her time and talent to help us with this endeavor.  If you have a mom, sister, cousin, niece or just a good friend that you would like to surprise, consider purchasing one of our bracelets for her.

Each year we have a theme for our booth.  Last year our theme was “Weapons of mass destruction” and we had pictures of abortion instruments and showed that 4000 babies die to surgical abortions and approximately 38,000 babies die to chemical abortions each and every day here in America.  That’s right!  Over 40,000 babies die every day because of the so-called “right to choose”.   It should state the right to kill a baby-abortion.

This year is an election year.  Our theme is “Vote Pro-life”.  It’s important to educate the public as to the importance of voting for the pro-life candidate because without life nothing else matters.  Not only does this give the unborn a voice representing them in the White House but this president will also pick the next Supreme Court judge.  The future of America depends, in part, to an honest Supreme Court, one who follows the Constitution and not a political agenda.
