In the 1800's, black people were considered 'non-persons'. During World War II, Jews were considered by Nazi Germany to be 'inferior beings'. Both of these atrocities were totally wrong, just as today it is wrong to consider the unborn human child a non-being simply because that child causes someone a 'problem pregnancy'.
