There have been an increasing number of questions from conservatives regarding the liberal position on abortion. Why is it so important to them? Why do the liberals insist that abortion be funded with tax dollars? Why is abortion tied to marriage and church? And, why do liberals insist on killing a baby instead of allowing him or her to be adopted?
The answers to these questions all go back to the polarization of our society. For liberals, abortion is the “flagship” of their “fleet” of various positions supporting their liberal stand that decisions and actions should be determined by personal choice rather than by judging them as good or evil based on what is best for others. If abortion was eliminated, or at least judged from the standpoint of good and evil, it would seriously weaken the liberal position supporting choice over good and evil. If you give me a few minutes of your time, I will explain the background behind our polarized society and why abortion has emerged as a key point in this struggle. Continue reading →
Many people braved the snow in Washington, D.C. in January to march for life. They were there to show their unhappiness with the Roe v. Wade Supreme Court Decision of January 22, 1973 that made abortion the law of the land. There were other major marches elsewhere including Chicago and San Francisco timed to coincide with this 43rd anniversary of Roe v. Wade. Due to the bias of our mainstream media in ignoring pro-life news, most of the marchers were probably not aware that there has been a new challenge to Roe v. Wade.

Involved is a joint resolution recently passed by the South Dakota state House of Representatives with a 60-10 vote and passed by the state Senate with a 25-9 vote. It was signed by the leaders of both chambers. Just prior to this Roe v. Wade anniversary, some of the South Dakota lawmakers presented this state resolution to the United States Supreme Court. In doing so they asked the high court to reconsider and overturn its abortion rulings including Roe v. Wade. Continue reading →
ProLifeCorner.com- 2/26/2013- By Frank Munda- Memoirs of the Communist Infiltration Into the Church by Marie Carré I just completed reading for the second time a short little book with an even a shorter title, “AA 1025”. The first time I read this book was well over 20 years ago and although I found the book disturbing, it somehow did not register all that clearly with me at that time. We all know how smart we can be when we look back with that so-called 20/20 hindsight. With hindsight, all of a sudden things are very, very clear. We know that Holy Mother Church has been under attack by many groups, organizations and the media in general, especially for the last 50 years. Some may feel that these attacks are random, others might feel that because the Church has the courage to speak out against sin in the world, that is why the Church is under attack.
