Rockford, Il – (ProLifeCorner.com) – 6-11-2012 – by Rockford Pro-Life Initiative – They had it all. The owner of the Northern Illinois Women’s Center Richard Ragsdale was doing up to 75 abortions a week in Rockford, pulling in millions of dollars. Ragsdale was living the high life in an expensive home, with numerous cars, and flaunting the wealth he made by ending the lives of children in the womb.In a corrupt back room deal, Ragsdale even got the Attorney General of Illinois to wipe out almost all medical and legal standards for abortion mills in Illinois.
Ragsdale was a hero to the pro-abortion movement.
Wayne Webster, the abortion mill landlord and security guard, constantly bragged about the piles of cash he was raking in from his association with Ragsdale. Webster had a perverse habit of putting up signs in his abortion mill window claiming God was powerless against him. Who can ever forget Webster standing in front of his abortion mill, mocking Christianity, taunting pro-lifers, laughing that nothing could be done to stop him, and claiming his abortion empire would never close?
Where are we now?
The once seemingly invincible Richard Ragsdale was charged with child porn and finally died a painful and drawn-out death from cancer.
Now he faces eternity.
It has been reported by numerous people that Wayne Webster, who once claimed his abortion empire would never die, is not in good health.
The Northern Illinois Women’s Center where so many children were murdered by abortion has closed in disgrace. The city and country now know the horrific conditions that actually existed inside the Rockford’s abortion empire. We all know now how children were murdered in disgusting conditions and women were treated like animals. The employees who preyed on vulnerable women and made their blood money from the deaths of innocent children have been scattered and will most likely have a difficult time ever finding jobs in the medical profession because the dangerous, unsanitary, and inhuman conditions found in the Rockford mill are public knowledge.
What did we learn?
We learned God will not be mocked.
We learned that Christian faith requires perseverance, endurance, and sacrifice.
We learned that one day we will all answer to God for our lives.
We learned that when men do evil they lose their souls.. “What does it profit a man to gain the whole world and lose his soul?”
We learned that Christians united in love for God and love for their neighbor is a force this world cannot stop. It can take years of sacrifice and suffering, countless hours of prayer, years and even decades of service and charity to those in need, but in the end when the people of God act in Jesus Christ, it is Jesus Christ Himself who produces the final and eternal outcome.
We learned that Christ, life, and love will always triumph in the end and forever!
